What is your role at iHeart?
I’m the Market President for iHeartMedia New York, where I have the privilege of leading an incredible team across some of the most iconic brands in radio.
Can you share your most memorable iHeart moment?
There have been so many over the years, from Power Houses to Jingle Ball to some incredible concerts and events, but my most memorable moments are the ones where you really see the power of iHeart and our people come together. Most recently, the amount of love and support my iHeart family has shown my family and my son Nico has meant more to me than I could ever put into words. It reminded me that iHeart is so much more than a place I work.
What is the best part about working at iHeart?
The people, without question. I’ve been with iHeart for more than a decade, and I still get excited coming to work because of the people I get to work alongside and what we get to create together. We have iconic brands, incredible talent and an unmatched ability to connect with people, but it’s the team behind all of it that makes iHeart special.
If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why?
My mom. I lost her this past year, and if I could have one more conversation with anyone in the world, it would be with her. I’d love the chance to tell her everything that’s happened, hear her voice and get her advice one more time.
If you could give your 13-year-old self advice, what would it be?
Don’t worry so much about having everything figured out. Work hard, be a good person, bet on yourself and enjoy the ride. Some of the things you’ll worry about the most won’t matter nearly as much as you think, and some of the things you take for granted will eventually mean everything.
If you were to host a podcast series about your life, what would you title it?
Figuring It Out as I Go. Whether it’s being a husband, a dad, leading a team or just navigating life, I’ve learned that nobody really has all the answers. You show up, trust your instincts, learn from the people around you and keep moving forward.
What is your motto or personal mantra?
Be a good person. It sounds simple, but it’s something I really believe in. Treat people with kindness, do the right thing even when no one is watching, and try to leave people a little better than you found them.
A fun fact about myself is…
I actually started my career in radio as an intern at WPLJ, working on the street team! It’s pretty amazing to look back at where it all started and realize that an internship and handing out prizes at events eventually led to my role now.
